Latin-rite diocese covering Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Montserrat, Anguilla and the British Virgin Islands, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Castries. Erected 16 January 1971 as the Diocese of Saint John's and renamed Saint John's-Basseterre in 1981. Its seat is Holy Family Cathedral in St. John's, Antigua, with the Co-Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
