The Archdiocese of Berberati is a Latin Catholic metropolitan see in southwestern Central African Republic, originating as an apostolic prefecture in 1940 and elevated to a metropolitan archdiocese by Pope Leo XIV in 2025. Its suffragans are Bossangoa, Bouar, and Mbaiki.

History
In the western Central African Republic, Berbérati serves as the Metropolitan See of its own ecclesiastical province; the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Berbérati (Latin: Berberaten(sis)) nonetheless remains under the authority of the missionary Roman Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples. The episcopal see is the cathedral in Berbérati, in the Mambéré-Kadéï Prefecture (southwest, formerly Haute-Sangha), a city that also keeps a former cathedral dedicated to Saint Anna.
