The Diocese of Cametá is a Latin Church diocese in the state of Pará, Brazil. It was established as a territorial prelature on 29 November 1952 and elevated to a diocese on 6 February 2013, and is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Belém do Pará, led by Bishop Ivanildo Oliveira Almeida since 2023.

History
In Brazil's Pará state, the Latin Church maintains the Diocese of Cametá (Latin: Cametanensis), a suffragan of the metropolitan Archbishop of Belém do Pará. The episcopal see is Cametá itself, where the cathedral, Catedral São João Batista, honors Saint John the Baptist.
