History
Within the state of Paraná, the Diocese of Paranavaí (Latin: Dioecesis Paranavaiensis) serves as a Latin Church jurisdiction of the Catholic Church in Brazil, suffragan to the metropolitan Archdiocese of Maringá. Its episcopal see in Paranavaí holds the Catedral Maria Mãe da Igreja, dedicated to Mary Mother of the Church. Mário Spaki has been the diocese's bishop since 2018.
