Katiolaën(sis)

Latin-rite diocese in central Cote d'Ivoire, established as the Apostolic Vicariate of Katiola on 15 May 1952 from the Apostolic Prefecture of Korhogo and promoted to diocese on 14 September 1955. It is a suffragan of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Korhogo and its seat is the Cathedrale Jeanne d'Arc in Katiola. Bishop Honore Beugre Dakpa has led the diocese since 13 May 2021.
