The Russian Catholic Apostolic Exarchate of Harbin is a dormant Byzantine rite jurisdiction of the Russian Greek Catholic Church, established in 1928 by the decree Fidelium Russorum for Russian emigres in Harbin, China. Its cathedra was the Cathedral of St. Vladimir in Harbin, now in ruins, with additional churches once in Shanghai and Beijing. The exarchate has no current ordinary.

History
A dormant apostolic exarchate of the Russian Byzantine Catholic Church, the Russian Catholic Apostolic Exarchate of Harbin was based in the Chinese city of Harbin, with its cathedra in the Cathedral of St. Vladimir, now in ruins; the exarchate also maintained churches in Shanghai and Beijing. From the 1890s to the 1930s Harbin drew Russian immigrants, first railway workers and later white émigrés fleeing the Revolution, the Civil War and the rise of Stalin.
