Latin-rite apostolic vicariate covering the Guainia department in eastern Colombia, seated at Inirida. It was erected on 30 November 1996 when Pope John Paul II divided the Apostolic Vicariate of Mitu-Puerto Inirida in two. Its seat is the Cathedral of Nuestra Senora del Carmen in Inirida.
