In Colombia, the Diocese of Yopal (Latin: Yopalensis) serves the Catholic Church as a Latin Church territory. Its bishop's cathedra stands in the Catedral San José, a church dedicated to Saint Joseph in the see city of Yopal, Casanare Department, and the diocese belongs as a suffragan to the ecclesiastical province headed by the metropolitan Archdiocese of Tunja.
