The Diocese of Guantanamo-Baracoa is a Latin rite diocese covering Guantanamo province in eastern Cuba, suffragan of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Santiago de Cuba. It was erected on 24 January 1998 from the Archdiocese of Santiago de Cuba. Its seat is the St. Catherine of Ricci Cathedral in Guantanamo; Baracoa was the site of Cuba's first see (1516).

History
Taking in the municipality of Baracoa and the surrounding Guantánamo Province in Cuba, the Diocese of Guantánamo-Baracoa is a particular church of the Latin Church. Pope John Paul II's era saw it erected on 24 January 1998 out of territory of the Archdiocese of Santiago de Cuba, of which it remains a suffragan.
