The Diocese of Matanzas is a Latin rite diocese in western Cuba, suffragan of the metropolitan Archdiocese of San Cristobal de la Habana. It was erected on 10 December 1912 by Pius X from the Diocese of San Cristobal de la Habana. Its seat is the Cathedral of St. Charles Borromeo in Matanzas.

Erected on 10 December 1912, the Diocese of Matanzas (Spanish: Diócesis Católica Romana de Matanzas) is a Latin Church territory of the Catholic Church in Cuba, a suffragan within the province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of San Cristobal de la Habana.
