The Diocese of Tarazona is a Latin Church diocese in northeastern Spain spanning parts of Aragón, Castile and León, Navarre, and La Rioja. With roots in the Roman period and reconstituted in 1119, it is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Zaragoza.

It belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Zaragoza and is therefore suffragan to the Archdiocese of Zaragoza.
