The Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of the Holy Family of London is a Byzantine rite eparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church serving faithful in Great Britain and Ireland. Erected as an apostolic exarchate on 10 June 1957, it was elevated to an eparchy on 18 January 2013. Its seat is the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of the Holy Family in Exile in London.

Its episcopal seat is the Cathedral of the Holy Family in Exile, situated in London.
