The Apostolic Vicariate of Izabal is a Latin rite missionary jurisdiction covering the 9,038 km2 department of Izabal in eastern Guatemala, erected in 1988. Its seat is the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Puerto Barrios. Bishop Miguel Angel Martinez Mendez has served as vicar apostolic since 23 December 2022.
