The Diocese of Santa Rosa de Lima is a Latin rite see in southern Guatemala, subject to the Archdiocese of Guatemala, with its seat at the Cathedral of the Nino Jesus in Cuilapa. Its patroness is St Rose of Lima, the first saint of the Americas. Bishop Jose Cayetano Parra Novo, O.P., a Spanish-born Dominican missionary, has led the diocese since 16 July 2021.
