The Diocese of Comayagua is a Latin rite see in central Honduras, erected in its present form on 13 March 1963 and suffragan of the Archdiocese of Tegucigalpa. Its seat is the Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepcion in Comayagua, which also preserves the former cathedral of La Merced. Bishop Angel Falzon, O.F.M., was appointed on 14 May 2024.
