The Diocese of Szeged-Csanád is a Latin Church diocese in southeastern Hungary, tracing its origin to the Diocese of Csanád founded in 1030. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Kalocsa-Kecskemét with its seat in Szeged.

History
Centered on the cities of Szeged and Csanád, the Diocese of Szeged-Csanád (Latin: Dioecesis Szegediensis-Csanadiensis) belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Kalocsa-Kecskemét in Hungary as a Latin Church diocese. Since 1930 its cathedral has been the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Hungarians in Szeged; before that, the see was St George's Cathedral in Timișoara, which after 1930 became the cathedral of the Diocese of Timișoara. Békéscsaba is home to the Co-Cathedral of St. Anthony of Padua.
