Diocese of Ketapang

Ketapangen(sis)

Latin rite diocese in West Kalimantan, Indonesia, established as an apostolic prefecture in 1954 and promoted to a diocese in 1961, suffragan to the Archdiocese of Pontianak. Its cathedral is St. Gemma Galgani Cathedral in Ketapang and the current ordinary is Bishop Pius Riana Prapdi, in office since 2012.
