The Diocese of Ifakara is a Latin Church diocese corresponding to the Kilombero District in the Morogoro Region of Tanzania, suffragan to the Archdiocese of Dar-es-Salaam. It was erected on 14 January 2012 from territory of the Diocese of Mahenge, and Salutaris Melchior Libena has been its bishop since its foundation.
