Maronite Catholic (West Syro-Antiochene rite) patriarchal exarchate with jurisdiction over Maronite faithful in East Jerusalem and the West Bank. It was erected on 5 October 1996. Its seat is the Maronite Convent in Jerusalem, and it is held in union with the Maronite Archeparchy of Haifa and the Holy Land.

History
An exarchate of the Maronite Patriarchate within the Maronite Church, the Maronite Catholic Patriarchal Exarchate of Jerusalem and Palestine answers immediately to the Patriarchate of Antioch of the Maronites. Its membership stood at 504 in 2017, and its present governor is archeparch Moussa El-Hage, OAM.
