The Diocese of Kano is a Latin rite see in northern Nigeria, erected as a mission sui iuris in 1991, raised to a vicariate apostolic in 1995, and elevated to a diocese on 22 June 1999. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Kaduna.
