The Diocese of Kasana-Luweero is a Latin Rite diocese in central Uganda, erected in 1996 from the Archdiocese of Kampala and covering the Luweero, Nakaseke, and Nakasongola districts. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Kampala.

History

Within the ecclesiastical province of Kampala in Uganda stands the Diocese of Kasana-Luweero (Latin: Kasan(us)-Luveerin(us)), a suffragan of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Kampala. Its pastoral care extends to the Catholic faithful of the cities of Kasana and Luweero, across a territory of 8,539 square kilometres (3,297 sq mi).
