The Diocese of Montepulciano-Chiusi-Pienza is a Latin Church diocese in Tuscany, Italy, formed in 1986 by uniting three historic sees. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Siena-Colle di Val d'Elsa-Montalcino, led by Cardinal Augusto Paolo Lojudice.
