History
Based in Glendale, California, the Armenian Catholic Eparchy of Our Lady of Nareg in the United States of America and Canada (Latin: Eparchia Dominae Nostrae Naregensis) is a territory of the Armenian Catholic Church that reports immediately to the Holy See. John Paul II established it on July 3, 1981, as the Apostolic Exarchate of United States of America and Canada for the Armenians, and on September 12, 2005 it was raised to the rank of eparchy.
