The Diocese of Iligan is a Latin Church diocese covering Iligan City and the northern part of Lanao del Norte in the Philippines. Erected as a territorial prelature in 1971 and elevated to a diocese in 1982, it is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Ozamis.

Twenty-six parishes, spread across Iligan City and twelve municipalities in the northern half of Lanao del Norte province, make up the Diocese of Iligan (Latin: Dioecesis Iliganensis), a Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church in the Philippines.
