The Eparchy of Saint Nicholas of Chicago is a Ukrainian Greek Catholic eparchy covering the western and midwestern United States, erected in 1961 and suffragan to the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Philadelphia. Bishop Venedykt Aleksiychuk has led it since 2017.

History
Covering the whole Western United States and Midwest (except Ohio), together with Alaska and Hawaii, the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saint Nicholas of Chicago is an eparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church within the Catholic Church. It counted 43 churches and missions in the western USA as of 2020. Venedykt Aleksiychuk has served as its bishop since April 20, 2017, and St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral stands as the eparchy's mother church. Within the wider church structure, Chicago is a suffragan eparchy of the ecclesiastical province headed by the metropolitan Archeparchy of Philadelphia.
