History
The U.S. Virgin Islands fall under the Diocese of Saint Thomas in the Virgin Islands (Latin: Diœcesis Sancti Thomae in Insulis Virgineis), which holds the distinction of being the only suffragan diocese of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Washington. Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral in St. Thomas is the mother church, and Jerome Feudjio serves as bishop.
