The Diocese of Terni-Narni-Amelia is a Latin rite diocese in Umbria, Italy, immediately subject to the Holy See. The see fell vacant after Bishop Francesco Antonio Soddu was appointed Archbishop of Sassari in February 2026, and Father Matteo Antonelli was elected diocesan administrator in April 2026.

History
In Umbria, central Italy, the Diocese of Terni-Narni-Amelia (Latin: Dioecesis Interamnensis-Narniensis-Amerina) took its present form in 1983, when the Diocese of Amelia was united with the Diocese of Terni and Narni; that combined see had itself been created in 1907 through the union of the Diocese of Narni with the historical Diocese of Terni. This Latin Church diocese belongs to no ecclesiastical province, being immediately exempt to the Holy See.
