The Diocese of Tuxtepec is a Latin Catholic diocese in Oaxaca, Mexico, erected in 1979, with its cathedral dedicated to St. John the Baptist. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Antequera, Oaxaca, and following the 2026 transfer of its previous bishop is administered by Apostolic Administrator Guadalupe Antonio Ruíz Urquín.

With its episcopal see at San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, the Diocese of Tuxtepec (Latin: Dioecesis Tuxtepecensis) is a Latin Church territory of the Catholic Church in Mexico, a suffragan within the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Antequera.
