The Apostolic Vicariate of Tucupita is a Latin rite missionary jurisdiction in Venezuela's Atlantic-coastal Delta Amacuro state, erected on 30 July 1954 by Pope Pius XII from territory of the Apostolic Vicariate of Caroni. Exempt and immediately subject to the Holy See, its seat is the Catedral de la Divina Pastora in Tucupita.
