The Diocese of Yagoua is a Latin Church suffragan diocese in the Far North Region of Cameroon, erected on 29 January 1973 as a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Garoua. Its bishop is Barthelemy Yaouda Hourgo, appointed in 2008.
