Among the sees of the Coptic Catholic Church, an Eastern Catholic Church of the Alexandrian Rite in full communion with the Holy See, is the suffragan Eparchy of Asyut, also called Lycopolis. Its cathedral, the Mother of Divine Grace Cathedral, stands in the city of Asyut (historic Lycopolis), capital of Egypt's Asyut Governorate.
