Potosien(sis) in Bolivia

Latin rite diocese in the historic mining city of Potosi, Bolivia, erected 11 November 1924, and a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Sucre. Its seat is the Catedral Basilica de Nuestra Senora de La Paz in Potosi, a minor basilica within the UNESCO World Heritage city. Bishop Nicolas Renan Aguilera Arroyo has led the diocese since 28 October 2020.
