Latin-rite diocese, also known as Pakhoi, located in Beihai in Guangxi, China; established as the Apostolic Vicariate of Western Guangdong and Hainan on 1 August 1920 from the Apostolic Vicariate of Guangzhou, renamed Beihai in 1924 and promoted to diocese on 11 April 1946. It is a suffragan of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Guangzhou and Wikipedia lists its seat as the Cathedral of St Victor in Zhanjiang and Paul Su Yong-da as bishop.
