The Diocese of Fengxiang is a Latin rite diocese in Shaanxi, China, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Xi'an, with its Cathedral of St. Joseph in Fengxiang. It is reputedly the only diocese in China where neither laity nor bishop joined the state-sponsored Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association. Peter Li Huiyuan has been its bishop since 2017.

History
Located in Fengxiang (Shaanxi), China, this Latin Church diocese (Latin: Fomsiamen(sis), Chinese: 鳳翔) is a suffragan of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Xi’an. It is believed to be the only diocese in China where neither the laity nor the bishop belong to the government-sponsored Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association. Bishop Luke Li Jingfeng led the see until his death late in 2017; since 2017 the bishop has been Peter Li Huiyuan.
