Archdiocese of Ibagué

Ibaguen(sis)

Latin-rite metropolitan archdiocese seated at Ibague in the Tolima department of Colombia. It was erected as the Diocese of Ibague on 20 May 1900 from the Diocese of Tolima and elevated to a metropolitan archdiocese on 14 December 1974. Its seat is the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Ibague.
