The Diocese of Mahajanga is a Latin Catholic diocese in northwestern Madagascar, established as an apostolic vicariate in 1923 and elevated to a diocese on 14 September 1955. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Antsiranana and led by Bishop Zygmunt Robaszkiewicz.
