The Diocese of Bayombong is a Latin Church diocese covering Nueva Vizcaya in northern Luzon, Philippines. Created as a territorial prelature in 1966 and elevated to a diocese in 1982, it is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao.

Formerly known as the Praelatura Territorialis Bayombongensis, the Diocese of Bayombong (Lat: Dioecesis Bayombongensis) is a Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church in the Philippines. Its cathedra rests in Bayombong Cathedral, in the episcopal see of Bayombong.
