History
Within Metro Manila, the Diocese of Pasig (Latin: Dioecesis Pasigina; Filipino: Diyosesis ng Pasig) serves the Latin Catholic faithful of the cities of Pasig and Taguig together with the municipality of Pateros. Two exceptions apply in Taguig: the Embo barangays formerly part of Makati remain under the Archdiocese of Manila, and Fort Bonifacio falls under the Military Ordinariate of the Philippines.
