History
Northwestern Poland is home to the Diocese of Koszalin-Kołobrzeg (Latin: Dioecesis Coslinensis-Colubregana), a Latin Church jurisdiction that serves as a suffragan within the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Szczecin-Kamień. Its cathedral is the Katedra Niepokalanego Poczęcia NMP in Koszalin, and it also maintains a co-cathedral, the minor basilica Bazylika Konkatedralna Wniebowzięcia NMP in Kołobrzeg, both located in Zachodniopomorskie.
