The Diocese of Arecibo is a Latin Catholic diocese covering the north-central portion of Puerto Rico, with its see in Arecibo. Erected in 1960, it is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of San Juan de Puerto Rico; its current bishop was appointed in 2022 after the removal of his predecessor.

Covering half of the northern portion of Puerto Rico, a commonwealth of the United States, the Diocese of Arecibo (Latin: Dioecesis Arecibensis, Spanish: Diócesis de Arecibo) is a diocese of the Catholic Church. Its mother church, the Catedral de San Felipe Apostol, stands in the City of Arecibo.
