The parishes of northern Louisiana in the United States are gathered into the Diocese of Shreveport (Latin: Dioecesis Sreveportuensis in Louisiana), a Latin Church diocese and suffragan of the metropolitan Archdiocese of New Orleans. Its mother church is the Cathedral of Saint John Berchmans in Shreveport, and Francis Malone is the current bishop.
