Two years after the DANA disaster, grief processing begins
First source report
Valentín Rodil Gavala, a psychologist for the Centro de Escucha San Camilo, stated that the second anniversary of the DANA disaster marks a period when people can truly begin to talk and process their loss.
Rodil noted that parts of the grieving process include feelings that others have not provided sufficient help. He said the Church benefits when it listens and communicates in a way that others understand.
Regarding social dynamics, Rodil observed that polarization is becoming harder to control. He noted that while artificial intelligence can create bias, it does not polarize.
