First source report
Benjamin Kule Mayani, a 45-year-old Christian teacher, was beaten to death on September 29 in western Uganda. Mayani lived in Kasokero village in the Kasese district and taught at Excellent Nursery and Primary School.
According to Morning Star News, the attack occurred after Mayani and a colleague, Pascal Muhindo, were intercepted by three men while walking toward the school. The men had previously called them to the school site, according to a man identified as Isifu Marjani. The attackers reportedly asked for the location of Sharifa, Marjani's sister, who had converted to Christianity.
