Bishop Emilio E. Biosca visits Incarnation Catholic School

Bishop Emilio E. Biosca visited Incarnation Catholic School in Sarasota on Oct. 1, 2026, as part of a tour of Catholic schools within the Diocese of Venice.

During his visit, which coincided with the memorial of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, the bishop spoke to students about the importance of combining academic learning with faith formation. He encouraged the children to perform small daily actions with great love to connect with God.

The bishop also toured the school campus during a middle school science fair held in the parish hall. The fair featured student experiments including solar power, wind turbines, water filtration, and sustainable backpacks.
