Bishop Joseph Do Quang Khang celebrates patronal feast at Ben Dong Parish

Bishop Joseph Do Quang Khang celebrated the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary at Ben Dong Parish on October 3, 2026.

The liturgy marked the patronal feast of the Bac Ninh Diocese. Thousands of faithful from various parishes and chapels gathered at the Ben Dong Parish church in the Noi Bai deanery. The celebration included Vicar General Peter, priests, deacons, seminarians, religious, and the diocesan community.

During his homily, Bishop Khang spoke of Mary among the early community of believers as they prayed and awaited the Holy Spirit. He invited Catholic families to follow her example by establishing shared prayer lives. Before the Mass, members of the Rosary Society offered flowers accompanied by traditional Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk songs.
