Holy Trinity students held a parade to honor the saints
First source report
Students at Holy Trinity Catholic School in Dallas participated in a parade on October 30 to honor the saints. The event, which has been held for eight years, involves between 50 and 60 students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Participants dressed as historical figures from the Church to learn about their lives and examples of faith.
Virginia Flores, an assistant director and pre-kindergarten teacher, said the parade allows students to explore the lives of the men and women who preceded them. Families were invited to watch the parade and support their children as they represented their chosen saints. Flores noted that the event has grown each year and serves to show parents how the school integrates faith into its community.
