Diocese of Lages holds DNJ

Young people from the Diocese of Lages gathered at the Sanctuary Nossa Senhora Aparecida in Bom Retiro on Sunday, 26 September, to celebrate the Dia Nacional da Juventude (DNJ).

The event brought together members of various parishes, pastoral groups, and movements for a day of prayer, music, and reflection. Father Álvaro, the assessor eclesiástico of the Setor Juventude of the Diocese of Lages, organized the gathering alongside a team of representatives from different youth groups.

The program provided opportunities for participants to share experiences and strengthen connections within the local Church. According to the Diocese of Lages, the meeting highlighted the diverse ways young people participate in the mission of the Church through different charisms and groups.
