Bishop Antonio Suetta mourns don Antonio Robu

Bishop Antonio Suetta and the clergy of the Diocese of Ventimiglia–San Remo are mourning the death of don Antonio Robu. don Antonio Robu served as the parish priest for the Parrocchia S. Maria Maddalena in Isolabona and the Parrocchia Purificazione di Maria Vergine in Apricale.

Born in Pecineaga, Romania, on 30/11/1971, don Antonio Robu was ordained a priest on 07/12/2001. He recently celebrated his 25th anniversary of priesthood.

The diocese scheduled several services to honor him. A prayer service will take place on Monday, 21 September, at 21.00 at the Cappella S. Francesco d’Assisi of the Ospedale Civico “Borea” in Sanremo. A funeral vigil will be held on Tuesday, 22 September, at 20,30 at the Santuario di San Rocco in Vallecrosia al mare. Bishop Suetta will preside over the funeral on Wednesday, 23 September, at 10,00 at the Parrocchia di San Rocco in Vallecrosia al mare.
