Mass for the Feast of All Saints to be broadcast from Cascia

The Basilica of Saint Rita of Cascia will host a Mass for the Solemnity of All Saints on Sunday, November 1, at 10:55 a.m. The celebration will be broadcast live on Rai 1.

Father Giustino Casciano, rector of the Basilica of Saint Rita of Cascia, will preside over the liturgy. Augustinian nuns from the monastery will join the faithful in the basilica for the service.

Mother Maria Grazia Cossu, abbess of the Monastery of Saint Rita of Cascia, said the example of Saint Rita reminds people that holiness is a concrete possibility arising from daily choices. She noted that Saint Rita became a saint by choosing love and reconciliation while facing life's trials.
