II Sunday after the Dedication readings
First source report
The readings for the second Sunday after the Dedication include a passage from the prophet Isaiah and Psalm 22.
In the reading from Isaiah 45:20-23, the prophet declares that there is no God besides the Lord, who is a just and saving God. The text calls for the survivors of the nations to gather and turn to the Lord for salvation, noting that every knee will bend before him.
The Psalm 22 text states that those who seek the Lord will praise him, and that the poor will be satisfied and live forever.
